walinks Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of walinks across walinks.online and walinks.pro. By creating an account or using our redirection gateway, you agree to these clear terms.
1. Fair Use & WhatsApp Policy Compliance
walinks provides URL redirection to standard WhatsApp API endpoints. You agree to use the service exclusively for legitimate customer communication and opt-in advertising. You strictly may not use walinks for:
- Sending unsolicited bulk commercial messages (spam).
- Promoting illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive commercial schemes.
- Distributing malware, phishing landing pages, or prohibited goods.
Violation of WhatsApp's Business Terms of Service or sending abusive traffic may result in immediate termination of routing privileges.
2. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
walinks plans are billed annually or monthly in advance via Stripe. All active subscriptions feature:
- 14-Day Free Trial: Full access without requiring credit card details.
- One-Click Cancellation: Cancel anytime inside the self-service Stripe billing portal. Your links remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
- Renewal Notice: We notify you via email 7 days before an annual subscription renewal charge.
3. Service Level & Gateway Availability
We architect our edge 302 redirection gateway for 99.9% uptime across walinks.online and walinks.pro. While we strive for uninterrupted routing, walinks is not liable for upstream network interruptions caused by Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure outages or telecommunication carrier blocks.
